Certified Self Mastery Shift Coaching Program (CSMSC)

By enrolling in the Certified Self Mastery Shift Coaching Program (CSMSC), presented by eLovated life, LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern your purchase, access, and participation in the program.
This program offers structured education, proprietary coaching tools, and high-level support to help you build a business rooted in alignment, integrity, and impact.
1. Purchase & Refund Policy
All purchases are final. This is a non-refundable program. That said, we care deeply about your experience and operate from fairness and integrity. If something isnβt working, please reach out to us at [email protected].
2. Klarna Financing Disclaimer
If using Klarna at checkout, please note: Klarna is a third-party financing provider. All financing terms, interest, and eligibility are determined solely by Klarna and are not controlled by eLovated life, LLC.
3. Lifetime Access
Lifetime Access is available only during limited launch windows. It includes ongoing access to CSMSC training content, updates, community, and support calls β as long as you remain in good standing. It does not include future programs offered outside the CSMSC scope.
4. Annual Membership & Renewal
If you enroll as an Annual Member, you agree to a $500 non-refundable renewal fee, due each January following your Certification Week, to maintain your certification, access to CSMSC materials, community, and support. You may cancel at any time β cancellation ends access and certification status.
Example: Certify in October 2025 β First renewal is January 2026.
5. Inactive Accounts & Re-enrollment
If your account becomes inactive β whether due to cancellation, non-renewal, or removal from the program β and you wish to return in the future, you will need to re-enroll at the full program price in effect at that time.
All pricing will increase immediately following the close of the Founding Member Launch.
6. Certification Requirements
Certification is granted only after full attendance and participation in all Certification Week sessions. Replays or recordings cannot substitute for live participation.
7. Licensing & Use of Materials
All program content, materials, tools, scripts, and systems remain the sole intellectual property of eLovated life, LLC.
Once certified, you are granted a revocable, non-transferable license to use designated client-facing worksheets in your private coaching practice.
No other use, duplication, sharing, teaching, or distribution of materials β including coaching frameworks, session guides, language, or tools β is permitted without written permission.
8. Branding & Representation
You may refer to yourself as a Certified Self Mastery Shift Coach, but may not represent yourself as affiliated with eLovated life, LLC or Katherine Metzger beyond your certification status.
9. Conduct & Community Standards
You agree to uphold the values of this space: respect, confidentiality, and professionalism. Soliciting, promoting, or pitching your own products or services inside the program or community is not allowed.
10. Access Conditions
Continued access β including Lifetime Access β is contingent on remaining in good standing. We reserve the right to revoke access or certification at our discretion if behavior or conduct violates these terms or the spirit of the program.
