This first round is a Founding Member launch, with two pricing options — both of which reflect the lowest this program will ever be offered.

You can join as either a Lifetime Access Member or an Annual Member:

– Lifetime Access means you pay once and get ongoing access to all CSMSC training content, updates, tools, community, and support calls — for the life of the program — as long as you remain in good standing. This option is only available during this Founding Member Launch.

– Annual Membership includes one year of access with the option to renew each January for $500 to maintain your certification and full access to the program.

Dates for the first Certification Week are currently being finalized.

Certification Week includes four live, mandatory sessions designed to walk you through the program and each of the core sessions with clarity and confidence.

All other calls — including sales and marketing training, Q&A, and future uptraining sessions — will be recorded and available for replay. While replays are available, we encourage live participation whenever possible, as these sessions are interactive and tailored to the real challenges and opportunities you’re navigating.

This program was created by Katherine Metzger — certified as a life coach in 2015, a Certified High Performance Coach in 2017, and a Certified Elite Mentorship Trainer in 2022. She has been deeply involved in the EMF community since 2021.

In addition to her role as an EMT, Katherine has served as a Community Manager for Peter’s cohort, Director of Enrollment, Sales Representative, marketing collaborator, and leader of her own mastermind. She has supported trainers both behind the scenes and in the trenches — and has seen firsthand where the current system falls short.

Along the way, she participated in multiple pilots that fizzled out, including Rainmaker, SWISH, OCSM, and Cesar’s Funnels. After watching many trainers jump from one program to the next, she realized the problem wasn’t a lack of ambition — it was a lack of connected support. Too often, trainers were being led by people who were too many steps ahead to meet them where they were. What was missing was someone who could walk alongside them — to help them navigate the roadblocks, pivot when needed, and build something sustainable from exactly where they were, even if that meant starting from the ground up.

This program was designed with one goal in mind: to fill that gap — providing the structure, support, and tools EMTs need to confidently serve others, build their business, and stay aligned with who they truly are.
